Marcin is a Head of Service Desk & Service Management Global Hub at Fujitsu, overlooking team of over 4,200 people spread across various continents delivering IT services to over 230 customers around the world.
Representing Fujitsu’s Global Delivery team is focusing on adapting business models and service strategies to respond to constantly changing customer needs in fast moving world of digital transformation.
Marcin started his professional career as a Project Manager in GE. Joined Fujitsu over 8 years ago moving through various career paths (incl. Service Delivery Management, Operations Management, Shared Services) specializing in building and launching new
business/service lines (ie. Global Service Management or Critical Resolution Centre).
Born in digital era, is continuously searching for new technologies and solutions for the employees to work better and be more effective by working in digital environment. Is it not about reducing human effort, it is about shifting focus to enable people to grow their skills and deliver more advanced functions.
Words such as ‘no’, ‘impossible’, ‘cannot’ are out of Marcin’s dictionary. It is just a matter of looking at challenges from different angles. Marcin is also a strong promoter of “Think Global”; attitude, breaking stereotypes of Global Delivery units working in silos: all projects, actions and consultations where truly global, engaging all stakeholders from day 1.
